WOJCIECH SOMERSKI, Deputy Chief Executive, A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University. In the years 2012-2017 he gained professional experience as a lawyer in the legal office Barylski T., Olszewski A., Brzozowski A., but also as a specialist in the Investment Funds Department of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, an expert in the Legal Department of Bank BPH (dealing with comprehensive legal services for the Brokerage House and of the Treasury Department) as well as a lawyer and proxy of OPERA TFI S.A. and Opera Brokerage House. From October 2018, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Q Securities Brokerage House. He has been associated with AgioFunds TFI S.A. since the end of 2017 – as an internal auditor and legal advisor to the Management Board.
