Supervisory Board

Andrzej Dorosz, Supervisory Board Chairman

Dorosz received an M.A. and Ph.D. from SGPiS, the communist-era predecessor to Poland’s top business school, which now operates as the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Dorosz also completed post-grad coursework at the London School of Economics and was recipient of a British Council scholarship. He began his career on Poland’s financial markets in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, Dorosz worked at Bank Pekao S.A., as Department Director, Deputy CEO, and CEO. From 1998 to 2004, he served as CEO of Skarbiec TFI S.A. From 2004 to 2006, Dorosz served as CEO of state-owned Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. From 2007 to 2008, he served as CEO of Akf Leasing Polska S.A.

Tomasz Kona, Supervisory Board Member

He graduated from Lodz Film School. From 1981 to 1996, Kona ran his own business, Radio Manhattan, the first private radio station in Lodz. Since 1996, he is an active real estate investor. Kona holds a controlling stake in AgioFunds TFI S.A.

Iwona Przychocka, Supervisory Board Member

Przychocka holds a Ph.D. in economic sciences and works as a professor at the Helena Chodkowska University of Management and Law in Warsaw. Przychocka is the dean of the management and finance department at Helena Chodkowska University and a lecturer at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Warsaw. She teaches economics, entrepreneurship, accounting, and finance. Przychocka has published many academic papers and books, including Small and Medium-sized Businesses in Poland in the Age of Globalisation and Financial Fundamentals. Przychocka participates in academic conferences in Poland and abroad.

Izabella Jędrzejewska – Gołąb, Supervisory Board Member

In the years 1991-1996 Izabella Jędrzejewska – Gołąb was a student in Warsaw School of Economics, at Faculty of Finance and Banking. She started her professional career at Arthur Andersen Sp. z o.o [Ltd.], where in the years 1996 – 2002 she initially worked in the Audit and Economic Advisory Department and later in the Business Consulting Department. From 2002 to 2012, she worked at Deloitte Audit Sp. z o.o.[Ltd.] as a Senior Manager, Chartered Accountant in the Audit Department. She was responsible for supervising audits of Polish and foreign companies in sectors such as financial institutions and services and production companies, in compliance with Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. In the years 2012 – 2013 she held a position of the Director of the Controlling Department at Exatel S.A.[Inc.] Then in the years 2014-2016, working at Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A.[Inc.] she was responsible for supervising Solvency II reporting for the Aviva group’s headquarters and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in ten companies in both Poland and Lithuania. In the years 2014 – 2017 she was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Simple Creative Products SA[Inc.], and since December 2013 she has been a Member of the Supervisory Board and a Member of the Audit Committee in the company Gino Rossi S.A.[Inc.]

Robert Sochacki, Supervisory Board Member

A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Robert Sochacki is a qualified financial analyst (Chartered Financial Analyst Program, CFA), and a graduate of IESE Business School – Advanced Management Program. He started his professional career at Bieszczadzka Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. and PKO Bank Polski. He then joined Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska S.A., where he was head of the Treasury Sales Team. He held the position of Vice-President of the Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), where he was responsible for supervising financial markets and the financing of investment and sales projects. In 2011-2014 he was a Member of the Board of Opera TFI and Opera Dom Maklerski. Currently Robert Sochacki is a Board Member of Beta Securities Poland S.A.
